    I make some excercise every morning - but not if I have some heavy work ahead. (Fixing my house). I did Combat Jujutsu until 2 years ago, but almost broke my neck. Some guy lb 240 rid a roll with me as the outer wheel..... I still tell him that he has to loose weight ( but he is all muscles ) as a joke. I did swimming, but its really boring & complicated (I dont have an OS-pool) I also did long-distance running , but that was long time ago. Its winter right now. The neighbour has ha gym, and i have copies of the keys. But i dont use it. But I am positive to the idea of "keeping up".

    As far as body, it involves walking, stretching, light workouts according to what my body can handle. As far as sickness, I have not been sick but once in 9 years, when I used to get sick several times a year usually during the winter holidays. Changing my nutrition, exercise, sleeping and other habits has been instrumental in changing that which I did not initially realize I had much more control over. Bottom line: Appropriate Life Style Changes = Much better health overall regardless of what is right or wrong with an individual.

    Tennis 4 to 5 times a week. When I'm not playing tennis I'm walking. Wish I could say I'm at the gym at 6 AM but I did that a long time ago for years and I guess I want to sleep nowadays lol. Oh the good'ol days :-)

    I exercise daily. I exercise daily for at least an hour.. I love to hike! I love cooked food! I keep track of my calories and my food intake per day. ... And I make sure to get my sleep babby... rejuvenateeeeeeeeeee lol

    Short exercise period each morning and that's about it no running have shin splints from military days.But work on sit ups, push ups and weights. Different reps with cardio in mind. Try not to do too much sitting since I retired. Ugh!

    I am active running up and down the 3 stairs in my house, in exercising. I do core, weights, and treadmill, and one day may feel okay to swim at Dalplex. I try to exercise 6x/week. I get flooded with endorphins and love it. I love to vigorously and aerobically dance to rock music, but am also okay with form-style dancing. I walk and hike in good weather.

    Everything in moderation and exercise of course. One needs to get plenty of sleep & down time. Exploring the ranch on foot. But the very best medicine was and could be again, a strong dose of weekly SB fun.

    I love to go dancing or do yoga with my friends. That is basically how I tend to stay in shape. At the gym my favorite machine to use are the ellipticals, they really help me out. One day I'm going to be a member of the Equinox.

    I have trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 8 years now. Since I moved to the coast, I enjoy running on the beach and (attempting) to run through the hills. I also love to explore new hiking spots whenever the weather allows for it.

    I enjoy taking my 10 month old golden retriever puppy running to see different scenic routes, our favorite spot is Huntington Dog beach. I also enjoy playing sports whenever I can find a solid group of people to play on my team. Since Covid started I lean mostly towards beach volleyball but prefer playing front row middle blocker in court volleyball. In high school I played for a traveling club volley ball team as well as played varsity volleyball all 4 years of high school. I also enjoy playing basketball to get a good cardio workout in as opposed to just running on the elliptical.

    I try to eat clean most days out of the week. I'm not really dieting anymore, just making healthier eating choices. Staying active whether it's home workouts, going to the gym with a friend, yoga, swimming, walking, a dance class. No matter what it is, I always find a way to keep my body moving that is still fun and enjoyable. I also drink tons of water, that's pretty much all I drink.

    triathlons, hockey, hit the gym regularly, core work regularly, stretch after all the workouts, eat right, get a good sleep most nights, avail the help of a good registered massage therapist at least weekly

    I particularly love Yoga. All types. Hot or room temp. Power yoga and Yin are my absolute favourites. I try my best to take my dog somewhere new every fortnight and so I do a lot of walking with her. Daily walks and dog-friendly hikes. Beach visits too! Still learning how to swim however...maybe you could teach me? :) Then general life itself keeps me on my toes and keeps me active! However, I am by no means a fitness freak or gym bunny. Nor do I require a match to be this type of person. In fact, I'd rather a dad bod!
