    i workout out almost everyday, sometime i just walk in my own around the park area or city, i try my best to get a fit body and to stay healthy, i don't drink alcohol or smoke anything, i always like to drink water, hot chocomilk and tea, don't give me sugar!

    I DO NOT drink pop or eat after 7 pm.Plus I work a bunch and Im far from lazy lol I love to stay active and busy.I also like to have fun which is a plus for burning calories lol I walk my puppy too!

    I enjoy working out in the gym, lifting weights, running hiking and sports. Come join me in a nice Fall hike with a good drink and get to know each other. Fall is my fav season of the year. We are fortunate in ON to see the colours change.

    Honestly, I started off going on 3 mile walks around my neighborhood then upgraded to high intensity interval training workout YouTube videos that I would follow along with in my basement. If the dedication is there, anything is possible. :)

    I like to spend days on the beach as I am not working, swimming & sunbathing & going for runs with my dog. I also like to work out at a gym & go for long walks in the mountains, to find waterfalls & quiet places

    I typically try to stay active throughout my day by moving around. I drink a lot of water and try to not over indulge in the food that is bad for my body. Other than that I have no real workout routine I stick to.

    I like to work out 3-5 times a week. Mostly weight lifting and some cardio. Staying in a calorie deficit also helps! However I do indulge whenever I am craving something, i don't believe that I should cut all foods out.

    I go to the gym 3 times a week, I feel I should alwase look my best for you. I like to eat well with hello fresh box deliveries, :D I only just started getting them and I love it, its so easy and yummy to stay eating healthy.

    I practice martial arts - kung fu to be exact. I couldnt get myself to run at the gym so I tried looking for something else. I drove past the martial arts place near my home and two years later Im now a purple sash =)

    I keep in good shape with exercise, and a healthy diet. Cutting out sugar and wheat are key. Also, exercising to the point of sweating at least 4x a week, for over 30min is another key to staying fit.

    Lost of serious gym sessions, I make sure to slap all my buddies at the gym, then a lot of good eating and some drunken dancing at the clubs helps. Horizontal dancing plus started getting into calisthenics as well

    before covid: barry's bootcamp and I love to run when it is not raining, which is not happening often over here lol Alkaline diet (based on acidity of the food), so not a fan of red meat, milk, alcohol etc.

    I bicycle a ton -- its my thing. Even in the winter. I run a little too. Im never going to be the chiseled abs guy, so I dont feel too bad when I indulge in my favorite comfort foods. Ive learned not to be too hard on myself or others when it comes to body image.

    I absolutely love the gym and staying active. I drink lots of water and work out everyday. I enjoy hiking, weight lifting/weight training, dancing, yoga, and I am trying to love cardio. I am very active so, I hope that you can keep up! ;)
