    Morning workout: 50 squats, 20 pushups, 15-minute run, 20 minutes of yoga or weight lifting (depending on my mood that day really) Afternoon/Night workout: 50-150 squats, 100 sit-ups, 10-minute walk with the dog, 3-5 minute plank, 20 pushups, and occasionally 30-45 minutes of boxing practice (when gyms are open) Instead of regular milkshakes, whenever I feel like I couldn't possibly go another day without dessert, I have a protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk, and soy ice cream or sorbet instead of the dairy-filled ice cream I used to eat.

    I lift weights, which I love and would recommend to everyone. I like to go mountain biking around Kahlenberg and cycling in the Weinviertel. In the winter I go split board touring. Almost every February I go on a long split boarding weekend near Cortina.

    As an athlete, I tend to do a lot of home workouts as well as run a 2 mile right before my workout. I also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, started eating salads, and watching what I eat. Drinking lots of water helped me a lot too!

    Hiking and working on my Jeep. I love 4 wheeling. I also have a 1976 Yamaha enduro motorcycle if you like a real man. lol. I'm always upgrading my ZJ Jeep Grand Cherokee. I can pop wheelies on my motorcycle. :)

    Workout regularly, drink hella water, no makeup, and removing toxic people out my life. I like to meditate too. Also getting my beauty sleep, staying motivated, decluttering my life, yoga/ stretches, and reading books at times.

    So I've actually lost a bit over 80kg over the past 3 years! I found that my weight was holding me back in my life, career and romantic life as well. I've been pretty dedicated and have now stabilised my weight at a good spot for me (within a healthy BMI range). It's tough going, but I've learnt a lot of mental resilience through the process, built good habits and I think I've found the right balance. I mainly eat low-carb (but do splurge on the weekends), I also do intermittent fasting on most days and I always aim to walk a minimum 10k steps each day.... also coffee and diet coke do get me through most days :-P

    I go to a cross-fit gym 3-6 times a week. I'm a regular at hot yoga and have just started Brazilian JiuJitsu. I like a balanced diet during the week, no carbs at night, and try to fast for the first half of each day so I can have the occasional blowout on the weekend.

    I am very diligent about working out EVERY DAY. I tend to do a lighter workout in the morning and a more intense workout later at night... I'm also very into my nutrition. Although, I definitely crave a steak every once and awhile :)

    I go to the gym multiple times a week, mostly before work in the morning so I can keep my evenings free. I love to dance. I do ballet and contemporary as a release of stress from work and it is a way of expressing my emotions without having to say a word.

    I workout daily! I use workout vids from youtube and I just workout at home because of covid. I like eating somewhat healthy but I'm just naturally drawn to healthy foods. I do pilates, HIIT, and cardio workouts, focusing on different part of my body everyday

    I love to surf, take really long walks, and I LOVE booty bands since I can't go to the gym during this pandemic. I also enjoy latin dancing (salsa, bachata, and cumbia). If you can dance, I would love to go out dancing when things reopen <3
